CAGE RAGE CONTENDERS
East London, June 16th
Top Martial Arts show Cage Rage Contenders had Gloucester's Ch'e Mills as the main event against London's Afran Saeed, Mills scored a terrific first round stoppage win over determined Tsunami Gym fighter Afran Saeed Saturday at The Troxy in eastern London.
Ch'e trains under Martial Arts Legend Mark Weir who always pushes Ch'e to his limits as he is also Mr Weir's main training partner, this year Ch'e has been training even harder with a new goal of being the next best Martial Artist not just in Gloucester, but in England and then the world. This should be easy to reach by the experience and ability Mr Weir has and also the help and experience all the senior members bring to the gym. Ch'e trains about 5 hours a day, 6 days a week, at Mark Weir's Martial Arts Gym on Moorlands Trading Est, Bristol road, and claims his secret in being able to train so hard is to enjoy it as much as you can. Although Mr Weir is very serious when training he claims no one enjoys training as much as he does except Ch'e and thats because he has laugh and see it all as fun.

At the fight Ch'e with his usual relaxed manor entering the cage like he didn't expect to be fighting too long, but for the first time we saw Ch'e having a stare down contest with Saeed, when they first meet in the middle before starting the fight. As soon as the round started ch'e went in and Clipped Saeed, dropping him early, Mills seized his chance with both hands and chased Saeed to the floor. In full control, the Gloucester fighter worked his way to his opponent's back, where he started striking Saeed with punches for the referee stoppage and a step closer to his goals.
