On the mats
Striking, grappling and conditioning, most nights of the week. Take one, or work your way through the lot.
Striking, wrestling and ground work taught as one system. This is the Range Fighting programme Mark Weir built, and he still coaches it.
Bags, pads and technique. Come for the fitness, or take it as far as the cage.
The ground game: grips, guard, sweeps and submissions. Everybody on the mat started as a white belt.
Takedowns, control, and getting back to your feet. The piece that ties the striking and the ground work together.
Confidence, discipline and respect, taught properly in a room that has produced champions. Ages 6 to 14, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5.15pm.
The engine behind the skills: combat fitness circuits midweek, and cardio Thai/kickboxing on Sunday mornings.

Ten seconds against Eugene Jackson at UFC 38, at the Royal Albert Hall on 13 July 2002. It was the first UFC event ever held in Britain, and Mark’s debut. Nobody has beaten it since.

No. The classes are for all ages and abilities, from people who have never thrown a punch to fighters preparing for a bout. Everybody on the mat started as a beginner.
Mixed Martial Arts, Thai and kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, sparring and conditioning circuits, the Young Adults class for ages 6 to 14, the women’s bootcamp, and one-to-one personal training.
